If an expert cancels an appointment 24 hours before due to personal or emergency reasons, the appointment fees will either be put towards rescheduling for a later date, or you will be refunded the entire fees amount excluding the GST.
For appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, we charge 30% of the appointment fees total. For no show appointments, we charge 50% of the appointment fees total.
