Conditions for Full Refund:

their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, they
are eligible for a full refund of the appointment fee.

less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time or no shows
will not be eligible for a refund. The appointment fee will be
non-refundable in such cases.
